Two separate power circuits are provided. One power circuit is meant for the control electronic and another for the high current consumers like i.e. motors and servos. Doing this we avoid that astressing the power circuit will disturb the electronic.
The control circuit is stabilized by a low drop stabilize 7905 to +5V and filtered by two capacitors. The power circuit is only rectified and roughly filtered but not stabilized - it may be something between 11 Volt and 6 Volt.
In later versions a solar current circuit may be added to reload rechargeable batteries.
